Back by popular demand: The COBKA Photography Contest

The 2023 COBKA Photography Contest is a great opportunity to show off your creativity and artistic side! We invite submissions that portray the unique beauty of honey bees and the joys of beekeeping.

Share your creations with us for a chance to win a prize, get published on our site, and receive some well-deserved recognition!

2023 COBKA Photo Contest Rules

•  To enter you must be a COBKA members in good standing.
•  Contestants are limited to two entries.
•  Entries must be original photographs created by the contestant.
•  Each entry must be related to beekeeping, honey, or honey bees.
•  Entries must be saved in a high-definition format.
•  No watermarks are allowed on photos.
•  Anyone involved in collecting or evaluating the photographs is not allowed to enter the contest.
•  COBKA may use photo entries in any COBKA media (with proper credit given to the photographer).
•  Entries must be submitted to COBKA via email to cobkasocial@gmail.com by midnight on September 30th. Make sure to include your name and contact information so we know who to credit.

Prizes

1st place = $75

2nd place = $25

3rd place = 1-year COBKA membership

Winners will be announced and recognized at the October COBKA meeting.
