Caron is an Emeritus Professor of Entomology & Wildlife Ecology at the University of Delaware, as well as an Affiliate Professor in the Department of Horticulture at Oregon State University. His illustrious career spans over four decades, during which he has made significant contributions to the field of apiculture.
Join us for our June meeting where we will welcome Joe Spampinato to talk with us about the impact of pesticides on bees and hobby beekeepers. Pesticides are widely used in agriculture and gardening, and they can also harm bees and other pollinators. Nevertheless, there are precautions and actions we can take to protect our bees.
