I bought an extractor, used last early spring and I just got my first honey crop.  I probably messed up but I put out my spun frames on the back deck on some plywood and the reason I asked about the dearth is the huge swarm of bees going after those frames.,  They took honey wax and all LOL

    Hey man,

Boy I feel like it all depends where you’re at in Central Oregon. My hives in midtown bend seem to be slowing down quite a bit, but the couple I have in between Redmond and tumalo have been goin off lately!

Does anyone on here have info on the honey flow. I suspect my bees are in a midsummer dearth right now-first week in August
