Beekeeping is sweeter together, and we rely on volunteers like you!
We host special events throughout the year, like field days & community demos. Help us set up tables, greet guests, run raffle tables, sample honey, or guide kids through hands-on activities. We've also included opportunities to volunteer with our affiliates.
COBKA Annual Beginners' Beekeeping Course VolunteersEvery spring, we offer our popular Beginner's Beekeeping Course for new and aspiring beekeepers. Volunteers help with check-in, classroom setup, AV support, and welcoming beginners. It’s a great way to connect with the next generation of beekeepers while brushing up your own skills.

CONTACT: | OSBA Conference Oct 24-26 @ Bend RiverhouseThe Oregon State Beekeepers Association is holding its annual conference in Bend, October 24–26, and has asked COBKA to provide volunteers. Tasks include staffing the registration desk, tracking auction items, and assisting vendors with setup. Registration runs Friday, 1:00–5:30 p.m., and early Saturday and Sunday mornings.
