Bill Herrick will be giving a talk on mead making.
Mead or honey wine may be regarded as the ancestor of all fermented drinks. It is created by fermenting honey with water, sometimes with various fruits, spices, grains, or hops. It may be still, carbonated, or sparkling; it may be dry, semi-sweet, or sweet.
There will be a beginner's corner at 5:30. Meeting will begin at 6pm.
