Did you order a package of bees? Are you excited to get them into their new home but are also a tiny bit nervous how to do it?
I am here to help. I’ll be at Lidell’s Honey in Sisters on Saturday, May 6, where the pickup of preordered packages of bees is scheduled from 8 am to 10 am.
If you like to have some assistance, and do not mind fellow beekeepers to come to your yard to watch, please let me know by email. If I receive several offers, please understand that I like to do the demonstration at an apiary with a central location.
Preferably, I like to install package bees in the evening but Saturday will be a cool day, which will allow installation right after pickup.
