COBKA Club Meeting Topics for the New Year

Join us for our annual planning session, where we’ll discuss ideas and set a tentative agenda for this year’s monthly meetings. This is a fantastic opportunity for members to help shape the year ahead, suggest topics of interest, and share ideas for guest speakers, workshops, and field sessions.

Meeting Agenda:

• Welcome & Introduction: A quick recap of last year's highlights and a welcome of new members.
• Review of Proposed Quarterly Themes: Introduction of quarterly themes, focusing on seasonal relevance and varying beekeeping experience levels.
• Open Discussion: A visually interactive session (wipe board) where members can suggest topics, potential guest speakers, and special events for monthly meetings.
• Volunteer Sign-Up: Opportunities for members to volunteer to lead sessions, host events, or support Beginner’s Corner.

This meeting is essential for ensuring our club’s events align with members' interests and needs. All members are encouraged to attend, and everyone’s input is welcome!

The meeting will begin at 6:00 PM, with a Beginner’s Corner session starting at 5:00 PM. Membership is not required to attend Beginner’s Corner, and all are welcome! This month’s main meeting is primarily for members, but don’t worry—we won’t be turning anyone away. We just want to make sure our members are heard. Feel free to join as a bee on the wall!
