Understanding Norroa: A New RNAi Tool for Varroa Management

Join us for an evening focused on the latest developments in Varroa management.

We'll begin with a brief overview of the 9th Edition of the Honey Bee Health Coalition's Tools for Varroa Management, presented by Tim Ruben, highlighting key updates to the Coalition's Integrated Pest Management (IPM) recommendations.

We'll then welcome Adam Pachl, North American Technical Manager for Bee Health at GreenLight Biosciences, for a live Zoom presentation on Norroa, the first commercially available RNA interference (RNAi) technology developed specifically for Varroa mite management. Adam will discuss how this new mode of action works, where it fits within IPM, and how it may complement existing Varroa control strategies. A live Q&A will follow the presentation.
